Our Company
Anbaric, a 20-year-old entrepreneurial company, seeks an operations manager to help its core business: designing and developing projects on the power grid to move renewable energy from where it’s produced to where it’s used. We focus on transmission for offshore wind and large-scale onshore renewables. Our projects speed the transition to the low-carbon economy.

General Description

    The Operations Manager coordinates the company’s work to make core processes function smoothly. They will help keep Anbaric efficient and works across IT, administrative and financial support, document preparation and review, project development, and other areas, to make certain that we have the right systems and they work as intended.

IT/Technology

  • Managing first response to IT-related issues and overseeing IT and system vendors;
  • Evaluating software or applications; securing files and records on the cloud; and
  • Monitoring IT and related performance and recommending improvements.

Corporate Support

  • Assisting the team with varied projects and tasks, including industry research, graphics creation, preparation of material for competitive procurements; and
  • Preparation of budgets and budget reporting material.

Operations

  • Developing and implementing plans/processes to resolve inefficiencies;
  • Anticipating and preventing changes or interruptions to HQ and remote operations;
  • Evaluating vendor proposals; and
  • Acquiring and maintaining software, computers, and related supplies.

Qualifications

    Five years of related experience, mastery of Microsoft products, self-starter with ability to work closely with colleagues in a fast-paced environment, ethical integrity; sense of humor a plus.
