Ed Shepel (née Golyshevskiy) is a project developer and transmission engineer with nearly ten years of experience in the energy industry. Before joining Anbaric, Mr. Shepel consulted at Guidehouse, providing expert advisory services for electric industry transformation intelligence, research, and grid operations.
Mr. Shepel managed the global offshore wind infrastructure pipeline, developed proposals for competitive transmission solicitation, engaged in stakeholder meetings, and cross-examined regulatory requirements for Grid Operators and Reliability Coordinators. As a NERC-Certified Reliability Coordinator, Mr. Shepel also has experience in transmission planning and operations in the Western Interconnection.
Mr. Shepel graduated with honors and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University, Vancouver.
