WAKEFIELD, Mass., May 23 —Anbaric Development Partners, a Massachusetts-based developer of renewable energy transmission, issued the following statement from its CEO, Edward Krapels, following the awarding of the first round of offshore wind energy procurement from the Energy Diversity Act of 2016 and a procurement in Rhode Island:

Today’s announcement signals the beginning of an important new industry in Massachusetts as well as Rhode Island.
